The shape we look for.

Any business that puts travellers on Australian soil for seven days or more. Campervan and car hire, hostel chains, tour booking aggregators, flight apps with strong Australia volume, accommodation platforms, travel agencies with an Australia program. If your customer is going to be here for a week, a fortnight, or a month, Serge earns its keep.

Our launch partner is RatPack Travel, a campervan hire business that puts 14-to-28-day road-trippers onto the East Coast. We're actively looking for the next two or three partners in adjacent verticals.

What does integration cost?

Nothing. We don't charge setup, monthly, or per-referral fees. Serge's revenue comes from experience-booking commissions on the other side of the chat. Your customers get the concierge for free; so do you.

How do my customers find out about Serge?

However you want. After you send us the referral webhook, you can email or SMS them a Serge link, include it in the booking confirmation, or surface it on a post-purchase page. Serge supports authenticated and referral-first signup so the handoff feels seamless.

Is there a revenue share?

For launch partners, yes. The exact structure is something we agree bilaterally, typically a percentage of the experience-booking commission Serge earns from customers you referred. Email us and we'll share the numbers.

What inventory does Serge recommend from?

Serge's catalog is currently powered by Viator's Australia inventory. Roughly five thousand vetted tours and experiences across every major region. If you have specific operators you'd like prioritised for your customers, we can tag-boost them in their region.

What data do I send in the referral webhook?

Customer contact details, booking reference, dates, locations (pickup/dropoff for vehicle hire; check-in/out for accommodation), and any trip context you already have. Everything's documented at api.askserge.com.au/v1/referrals. Authentication is a shared secret we issue per partner.

What does the customer see first?

When they first message Serge, Serge already knows their dates, their vehicle (if any), their trip length. No questionnaire. Serge skips to 'where do you want to start' instead of asking what city they're in. Feels like Serge was briefed by you, because it was.
